Located in an exclusive Coral Gables gated community, this home got a complete makeover. The goal of the renovation was to respect the Mediterranean Revival style while updating the interiors to function for twenty-first century living. The scope of work included the kitchen, family room, dining room, powder room, laundry room, entry rotunda, master bedroom, master bathroom, and master closet. The kitchen and family room were combined to create a functional space for the growing family, and open up to the dining room. The master suite was completely redesigned to create an alluring bathroom and luxurious walk-in closet.

The project is currently under construction and expected to be completed in Q2 2021. Interiors are inspired by the strong Mediterranean influence in the community through warm colors and the personal style of the fabulous homeowners shines through the finishes and fixtures of the contemporary open spaces.
