Located on the southern side of Little River, the Historic Gold Dust Motel serves as the gateway for the MiMo district from the North. Fully renovated in less than 12 months, the property boasts 60 rooms, a Diner, a Speakeasy, a river bar, co-working room, activity room, and several other common areas. The interiors are inspired by the building’s roots. The Midcentury Modern motif throughout the project is complimented with Miami’s signature pastels colors.
Most recently, the property was featured in the music video for “Ayer Me Llamó Mi Ex Remix ft. Lenny Santos” by Prince Royce, Matti Natasha, and KHEA.

In the Miu Miu “Belle Bag” campaign shot at Gold Dust you can pick up traces of the original terrazzo flooring we restored as well at the colorful paint design on the interiors.
Renovation of the 1957 Historic, 60 room, Gold Dust Motel on Biscayne Blvd. Historic postcards always serve as a guiding light throughout the preservation process.
